Humidifier chamber (infant)
Purpose of medication:
For maintenance of humidification of air. It is placed on the heating element of the air humidifier (of any manufacturer) that is fed into the breathing circuit for intubated and unintubated patients. Inside the chamber there is a stub to avoid overfilling the chamber with distilled water.
